Who You’ll Work With:
The Advisor Technology team manages various tools designed to support advisor efficiency including Salesforce, iAdvisor, Calendly, Slack, etc. Using Agile Methodologies, the Advisor Enablement Product Manager leads a team including a Salesforce Product Owner and a Technology Adoption Specialist, partnering closely with Sales and Senior Management teams, Business Analysts, Technology, Marketing, and Investment Strategies to identify and implement the highest value-add functionality to support Wealth Advisors and the broader Private Wealth business.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the holistic strategy for Advisor Enablement, focused on business priorities, Advisor efficiency and driving adoption of technology in this space
Lead a team comprised of a Salesforce Product Owner and Technology Adoption Specialist
Partner closely with sales leadership and Wealth Advisors across the business to identify opportunities, document requirements, prioritize and implement functionality designed to support the sales process
Develop a strategic roadmap that aligns with business goals
Lead one-on-one and group sessions with Private Wealth business to assist with the utilization of digital tools to increase efficiency
Proactively engage with Wealth Advisors to better understand issues or gaps that might be impacting Advisor efficiency and technology adoption
Coordinate with respective training teams and business analysts to develop and ensure execution of training new advisors and support team members
Communicate with Senior Leadership and the national sales team through national meetings, steering committees etc
Motivate and energize team members and contribute to their growth and well-being
What We’re Looking For:
Understanding of Wealth Management products and services and associated client service journeys
Experience working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile methodologies, product ownership, and defining product requirements and user stories
Ability to think strategically and implement tactically
Ability to drive change and work with diverse teams
Experience analyzing data and feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities
Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize product roadmaps and manage product delivery plans
Proactive nature, highly organized and detail oriented with strong decision-making skills
Vision and passion for continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to influence change in others
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team
Persistence, resilience, and creativity to overcome obstacles and persevere until projects are delivered
Strong Salesforce & Excel skills
Experience with Agile Methodologies
Knowledge of SQL & Power BI a plus

In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows:
Base Salary Range: $95,000 to $110,000
Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, short- and long-term incentives and Department-specific awards.
