We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a Treasury Assistant, where you will collaborate closely with Finance Team to streamline operations and drive efficiency across our treasury function.

How you will make a difference: 

• Facilitating Treasury payments setup and approval processes.

• Addressing banking queries from finance teams and other business units.

• Managing user permissions and templates within banking portals.

• Assisting in bank balance monitoring and reporting.

• Coordinating with internal teams to meet banking requirements in new markets.

• Contributing to month-end balance activities and process documentation.

• Driving process improvements and maintaining procedural documentation.

• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Generating routine reports, schedules, and summaries for business needs.

What will make you stand out:  

• 1-2+ years of previous experience in treasury functions within multinational organizations.

• Familiarity with banking portals such as JPM, HSBC, and BNP.

• Understanding of interactions between finance teams and treasury operations.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to due diligence.

• Analytical mindset with effective planning and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., lookups, pivot tables).

• Excellent communication skills to interact with global teams and diverse cultures.
