The role

We’re on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Specialist who’s ready to make an impact! You’ll be at the forefront of driving growth, developing smart strategies to attract new customers and improving conversions. If you’re passionate about numbers, digital journeys, and using data to optimise campaigns, you’ll fit right in!

What you will be doing

• Running paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and others to hit revenue targets.
• Analysing user behaviour and website performance to uncover areas for improvement.
• Keeping a close eye on key metrics like CPL, CPA, and ROAS to ensure everything’s running smoothly.
• Testing and tweaking campaigns with A/B testing and creative updates across ads, landing pages, and visuals.
• Using data to make smart decisions that enhance user experience and boost conversions.
• Supporting our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy to help Prospa hit its marketing goals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid experience in digital marketing, especially with paid media and biddable channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, display campaigns).
• A knack for turning data into actionable insights and strategies.
• The ability to spot trends in campaigns and user behaviour and use that info to improve results.
• A good understanding of marketing funnels and how to target the right audience.
• A test-and-learn mindset, always looking for ways to experiment and improve.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• The ability to juggle multiple projects with attention to detail.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, etc.) is a bonus.
• Bonus points for experience with other performance media platforms and for working in fast-paced sales environments or with cross-functional teams.
