As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating educational programs for the Communications BU sales force. You will strive to be a subject matter expert on the comm products and be familiar with sales processes to create relevant education to accelerate sales rep proficiency and new hire onboarding. The sales enablement lead will collaborate closely with their sales enablement, marketing, and cross – functional counterparts to help create and launch education to the Communications BU Sales Force. This is a hybrid role with expectations to be onsite 2-3 days a week.

What you will do:
• Supports development of training on sales education processes and platforms as well as educational content
• Facilitate and coordinate program development
• Facilitate collaboration with broader functions like PD&C, project engineers, project managers, OR Reno, product marketing/sales training, etc.
• Leads planning and coordination for sales education courses and programs
• Coordinates in-class or virtual courses
• Identifies and gathers what we want to measure/track and most appropriate method
• Provides input to future plans
• Provide input to maintain budget to financial objectives
• Collaborate with current stakeholders, identify new stakeholders and partner with them
• Understands and provides input to Sales Education workstreams
• Share content and messaging in partnership with Marketing Communications

What you need:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years of work experience required
• MBA preferred
• 2+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

Travel Percentage: 50%
