Job Summary

The Program Coordinator will support the Assistant Director in ensuring that all deliverable of NITIC are completed according to the NSF ATE grant regulations, integrated whenever possible with other initiatives at the college. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed. Program Coordination

  • Assists in coordinating and administering the center's operational deliverables within scope, within budget, and with high levels of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Actively participates as part of the project team to complete project tasks. Coordinates and attends meetings with the project teams and stakeholders, as required and assists with capturing meetings and action items.
  • Plans organized, and coordinates logistics for event which include but are not limited to professional development workshops, webinars, meetings and conferences that may be held on campus, virtual, or off sites.
  • Assist in travel coordination for non-employee partners and stakeholders. Assists with purchasing and fiscal tracking of budget items. Maintains a database of project stakeholder contracts and project contributions.
  • Utilizes customer relationship management platforms to push out communications to the center's network. Generates or contributes to the development of promotional materials, including social media posts. Assists in keeping websites content current.

Program Support     

  • Maintains a working knowledge of funding agencies and award compliance. Assures that appropriate documents, forms and reports are filled accurately and in a timely manner. Works with the internal and external evaluator to support collection, analysis and reporting of grant activities.

Collaboration & Communication     

  • Collaborates with other departments, partner institutions, industry partners and vendors as necessary. Collaborates with the grants administration team to maintain grant management records and documentation and prepare reports reflecting program progress, status, and related information. Maintains confidential and sensitive information as directed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in related filed
  • 1 year experience in grants, higher education, project coordination, or related experiences. State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstratable ability to gain access to work site.
