Job Description:

The RTR Accountant will support the Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in financial reporting. This role includes assisting in month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and providing support to senior accountants and finance teams lead or stakeholder in achieving operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of month-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Support compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes.
Participate in kinds of finance project, such as ERP migration
Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Participate in audit activities by providing necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in RTR.
Proficient with Korean both listening and speaking
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.、
