The San Francisco office of Hogan Lovells seeks a junior associate (first to third year) interested in environmental civil and/or criminal litigation for hands-on experience in a growing practice that routinely handles cutting-edge legal issues for a diverse group of clients in California and across the country. Prior environmental experience is preferred but not required. We seek candidates with superior writing skills and academic credentials, a commitment to excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client management teams. 

Compensation for this role will be top-of-market, with an annualized salary range of $225,000 to $260,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus, consistent with market practice. In addition, this position will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist. Please note that the firm maintains a hybrid work policy; fully remote candidates will not be considered.
