The Media Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing online media strategies for key client accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of various online media platforms and the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns that align with client objectives.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, evaluate performance, and foster professional development.
Media Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in a range of online media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, SEM, GDN, Youtube, Tiktok Ads, Line Ads) and select the most suitable platforms for specific clients and campaigns.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies, including campaign reports and, occasionally, basic communication strategies.
Data Analysis: Utilize industry resources and analytical tools (e.g., GA4, databases, spreadsheets) to track, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns.
Client Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, propose effective strategies, and attend internal and external meetings.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the execution team (AM, Ad Opt, etc.) to brainstorm optimization ideas, analyze campaign reports, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring team productivity, well-being, and effective collaboration with other teams.
Talent Development: Identify team members' strengths and weaknesses, and create personalized career progression plans.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
5+ years experience in digital media planning or a related role.
Strong knowledge of online media platforms and advertising analytics tools
Proven experience in media planning and strategy development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
A passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
