Job Description

Unleash Your Financial Expertise: Become a Senior Financial Analyst in Global Manufacturing.

Do you value analyzing data and translating it into applicable insights? Are you passionate about partnering with international teams? If so, then this Senior Financial Analyst role within our Global Analytics & Insights (GA&I) team is the perfect opportunity for you.

In this dynamic role, you'll help support our Integrated Supply Chain by:

  • Serving as the GA&I expert on global plant financial performance: Become the go-to person for understanding the financial health of our worldwide manufacturing locations.
  • Empowering our plant finance teams: Provide them with insightful support regarding spend, volume, productivity, and other areas crucial for success.
  • Unlocking the "why" behind the numbers: Don't just present data – explain the reasons for plant performance variances and guide informed decision-making.
  • Shape the future: Collaborate on the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts for strategic financial planning.
  • Become an analytics champion: Develop and advocate for automation, simplification, and standardization in reporting processes to lead efficiency.
  • Partner for success: Work with teams within GA&I to refine and standardize global processes.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. (Experience trumps years!)
  • Experience interpreting complex data and communicating financial concepts to diverse partners.
  • Experience with process improvement
  • A customer focus with a genuine interest in supporting departments.
