Account Executive - UPS Supply Chain Solutions (Freight Forwarding Healthcare)

You'll help pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies move their sensitive products securely, compliantly, and on time - whether by air, ocean, road, or multimodal solutions.
As an Account Manager, you'll be the strategic partner your customers rely on. You'll build strong relationships, understand complex healthcare supply chain needs, and connect clients with UPS SCS's industry-leading cold-chain and GDP-compliant solutions. You'll own your territory end-to-end: relentlessly pursuing new growth while developing existing business.

What You'll Do

• Identify and win new healthcare customers to exceed your sales targets
• Prospect via calls, emails, and on-site visits across pharma, biotech, med tech, and clinical trial segments
• Understand client challenges - GDP compliance, temperature control, security, visibility - and propose the right UPS SCS solutions
• Prepare competitive proposals, RFQs, and cold-chain service designs to secure new business
• Manage and grow your existing customer portfolio across air, ocean, and road freight forwarding
• Support customers with proactive issue resolution and strong communication across internal operations
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account reporting within UPS systems

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your region
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Solid command of Microsoft Office tools
• Flexibility to adapt schedules up to 5 days per week
