Skills: ➔ Expertise on A&D Manufacturing Operating Model Design ➔ Exposure to E2E A&D Industry Planning Integration and Simulation ➔ Exposure to Integrated A&D Production Planning for Complex Assembly ➔ Exposure to A&D Industry Supply Chain Resilience, Risk Analysis & mitigation strategies ➔ Exposure to A&D Quality Management Process Project Management Skills, Strong inter-personal and communication skills, exposure and overview of Product Costing and Variance analysis. Working knowledge on PLM (A&D Value Chain) and Manufacturing Execution System is preferrable.

Your recommendations should align with long-term business goals. 7. Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of updated business strategies. Ensure that changes are effectively executed. 8. Performance Evaluation: Continuously review and analyze the efficacy of revised strategies. Monitor the long-term effects of business changes.
