Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Specialist Finance in Accounts Payable team 

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Process supplier invoices in the system;

• Take part in month end closing processes according to reporting schedule;

• Work with data quality control and correct accounting errors;

• Respond to supplier and client queries;

• Assist with internal and external audits;

• Perform other department's tasks according to manager's assignment;

• Take active part in knowledge transfer project;

• Contribute to maintaining procedure descriptions and instructions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

•   Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (can be a student);

•   Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP knowledge is a bonus); 

•   Fluency in English (speaking, writing) for communication with colleagues in Europe; 

•   Very good communication and collaboration skills; 

•   Precise, analytical, organized and stress-resistant personality; 

•   Improvement driven and good team player;

•   Previous experience in accounting will be considered as an advantage.
