I - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1, Summary:

• High frequency of interaction: daily
• Working location: Da Nang office

2, Core job responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile AR collection on system (Cash, bank)
• Register with the Department of Industry and Trade for promotional programs (if arising)
• Calculate trade discount
• Check contract: GT/ Ethical
• Issue and supervise borrowing good
• Check and record good return on system
• Daily report: AR reconciliation, AR control…
• CTE checking

II - MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Core Skill Requirement

• Official software skill (word, excel, power point)
• Teamwork
• 2-3 years experiences in accounting job

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Associate/Bachelor: College /University
• Major in:  Business accounting
