We are actively seeking to hire Licensed Mental Health Therapists who can partner with us to achieve that mission.  You will be joining us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities.  

We are looking for passionate therapists for full- time roles.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of all ages and will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers.  Applicants must be licensed to practice and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.   Additional experience with Parent Management Therapy (PMT) for defiant, resistant children is a plus.

Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders 

• Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families 

• Refer clients to specialists if necessary

• Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs

• Monitor client progress during treatment

• Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT; Child Therapist , PMT experience preferred) 

• Prior experience in psychotherapy

• Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide 

• Help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight 

• Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care
