THE JOB

Live Nation is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the Premium Sales division. This role will report to the Director of Sales Marketing and will support the full premium suite of products including season tickets, group sales, and VIP experiences across our portfolio of owned and operated venues.

We seek a self-starting, hands on team player that can be counted on to grow and develop multi-channel marketing support for our premium seats and experience programs.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns supporting our Premium ticket programs and initiatives including acquisition and conversion, new business expansion, retention/renewals, loyalty communications, etc.
  • Develop marketing support plans for new premium product launches
  • Drive awareness, traffic, and lead generation through third-party editorials, featured placements, social media, influencer marketing, B2B partnerships, contests, and sweepstakes to increase revenue
  • Oversight of our premium seats website – livenationpremiumtickets.com
  • Development, curation and execution of a PSS collateral library including photo & video assets
  • Partner closely with Sales CRM lead on creative execution for email programs across full life cycle of our clients
  • Will be responsible for developing and maintaining PSS branding and inclusion across multiple touchpoints throughout the organization
  • Create and manage graphic design elements, collaborate with the Creative team, and develop marketing collateral such as direct mail, signage, and email assets
  • Deliver creative ideas that help us break-through a cluttered consumer landscape to reach new customers
  • Support and manage relationships with media partners including media buying, asset distribution, and ensuring execution with partners 
  • Analysis of premium consumer and competitor trends to keep us best in class
  • Ensure key information is provided to various cross functional teams in a timely manner including experience marketing team, agency communications, production and vendor communications, project recaps, etc.
  • Compile and distribute regular reports to internal teams, evaluating campaign performances and identifying areas for opportunity and growth
  • Manage budget process, and maintain project tracker

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role within the sports/entertainment industry, preferably with premium branding
  • Deep experience with user acquisition across email, performance marketing, media buying, and brand building
  • Understanding of email marketing fundamentals including A/B testing, dynamic content, automation rules, personalization, and calls-to-action
  • Demonstrated success in producing results while working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Expert in creative and communications
  • Understands premium and building aspirational brands
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter
  • Experience managing and publishing content via content management systems
