CACI is seeking an IT Project Manager (Senior) for one of our key DHS programs. The SETS II program provides services to design, procure, configure, implement, test, secure, accredit, operate and maintain an IT infrastructure for the St. Elizabeths campus.

Responsibilities include:  

Leads network team responsible for the service delivery of processes that fall in the Service Operations area of the ITIL and process model management, such as Event Management, Problem Management, Access Management, and Request Fulfillment.  

Responsible for Enterprise IT Services and Support such as Service Desk, LAN management, VOIP and AV.  

Leads Tier 2 network monitoring using enterprise network consoles and tool sets such as TrueSight; monitors bandwidth utilization and provide traffic analysis.  

Leads Tier 2 network event triage and remediation according to written playbook procedures, Escalates complex network issues to Tier 3, Maintains network maps and documentation.  

Manages a Remedy ticket queue and performs scanning and network discovery.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications 

*MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND HOLD A TS/SCI CLERANCE - NO WAIVER*

Ten years of experience in software design, engineering, or testing. 

• Knowledge of SAFe®, ITIL®, and industry best practices. 

Possess a current TS/SCI security clearance. 

• Education and Experience Level: BA/BS degree with 10+ years experience. 

 

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have 

• Experienced with various security tools and processes such as Splunk, Nessus Security Center, Appdetective, WebInspect, Xacta. 

PMP Certified 

SAFe® certified. 

• ITIL® v4 equivalent. 

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,300
