Group Audit and Assurance are undergoing an exciting time of growth and expansion and as a result of this we are seeking a highly confident and motivated Executive Assistant to join us on a 12 month fixed term opportunity with potential for permanency. Based at our Sydney CBD offices, you will deliver support to 2 x General Managers.

We also offer hybrid working with a 50% in-office connection rate.

Group Audit and Assurance (GA&A) are the internal audit function for the Group. Their primary purpose is to provide independent and objective assurance of the effectiveness of the Groups risk management, controls and governance processes.

Do work that matters:

As Executive Assistant you will support two General Managers within Group Audit and Assurance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complex diary and inbox management – scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of time.
  • Coordinating internal/external meetings with stakeholders – including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookings.
  • Assist in meeting preparation, such as any packs or materials that are available for review prior to meetings.
  • Arranging events/functions/offsites/team building events (including catering where required).
  • Co-ordinate/arrange travel, appointments, conferences & functions including catering, venue arrangements and other logistics.
  • Assisting with expenses and other financial management duties.
  • Business Operations:  assisting with reporting, providing updates on Annual Leave, Mandatory Learning and other operational activities relating to the Business Unit.
  • HR related duties such as recruitment, onboarding and managing internal HR system.
  • Establish and maintain strong, effective, strategic and appropriate working relationships within business partners, EAs and other stakeholders.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting at General Manager level.
  • Ability to build and main strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible.
  • High level of pragmatic professionalism and advanced confidentiality skillset.
  • Self-motivation, who display a pro-active style, have exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
