Why this role is important?

Join our team in a unique part-time role as a Clinic Pharmacist, focusing on clinical care outside the traditional dispensary setting. This role offers an awesome chance to leverage your clinical knowledge for both acute and chronic disease management, utilizing tools such as ID NOW strep testing, Afinion 2 lipid, and A1C testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care in a clinic environment
  • Diagnose and treat minor ailments
  • Utilize Accuro software for seamless documentation and resource management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
  • Create the practice that you want for yourself

Required Qualifications:

  • Pharmacist with Additional Prescribing Authority.
  • Practitioner Identification (Prac ID) is an asset.
  • Experience or interest in clinical pharmacy and patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Details:

  • Part-time position primarily on Saturdays, with potential for additional hours.
  • Training provided by resident pharmacist to ensure a smooth transition.
