The Influencer Management Senior Executive position is a liaison between KOLs/Influencers and the Account/clients team, facilitating social outreach and influencer marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include researching & proposing influencer lists and managing project scopes and timelines to ensure successful execution. The role requires strong partnership management with KOLs and consistent communication with internal teams to track progress and knowledge of influencer marketing industry trend
What You Will Do
Work with Planning, Creative, and Creator Growth departments to develop plan & proposal
Research & propose an influencer list for the campaign. Preparing quotations & optimizing KPI for client
Briefing, negotiating & closing the deal with Influencers to proceed with the campaign.
Managing campaigns actively and closely to achieve good performance. Report after campaign
Work with the Finance/Legal team to prepare paperwork for influencer
Explore new influencers & establish, and manage relationships with influencers
Well-manage at least 05 campaigns at the same time.
Lead 01-02 team members & QC all projects of the team
Support the department as needed.
Who You Are
Bachelor Degree is required
At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing; including 1 year in the same position
Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms & influencer market
Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
Well-manage workload, negotiation skill, promptly give solutions to solve issues.
Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills
Supportive other members in the team to grow up day by day.
Need to be social-savvy on all platforms. Researching skills on social networks to find more new faces of influencers.
