JR59231 Intern - F10 PLN MATERIAL

Description: Material Planning Team is involved in a wide range of activities, from forecasting materials requirements to computing accuracy of forecasts and material budget generation. The budget consists of (1) fix and ad-hoc requirements, such as new tool commissioning requirement with changing tool models and timing of activities, and (2) baseline BOM recipes changes from process team.

Scope: Focus will be on Material Cost Per Wafer.

Deliverable:

1. Understanding and enhancing current business process to generate tool commissioning requirements by identifying gaps, such as ensuring stakeholders update their inputs.
2. Automate generation of tool commissioning requirements through inputs of different stakeholders across planning and process teams.
3. Optimize generation of identifying BOM and price change impacts in preparing for baseline BOM budget submission.

Skillset: The project mainly requires Python and SQL in material forecasting and budget preparation. Other knowledge, such as Power Automate, is optional for business process improvement.
