JR56403 ENGINEER, OCT MODELINGManage network tool utilization strategies and benchmark performance to optimize the company's deployed capital
Manage and communicate improvement opportunities and implementation plans to all relevant levels and functions in manufacturing
Optimize capacity of installed equipment and lead site and tool-level optimization studies for throughput enhancement
Collaborate with partners to understand the future tool and process roadmaps, and calculate network capacity impacts of process changes
Design, track, and communicate capital change proposals to manufacturing senior leaders through reporting tools and formal presentation
Build and implement tools and dashboards to audit the current planning processes and uncover cost reduction opportunities across the company
Utilize new (e.g. Python, Tableau, etc) and traditional (Excel, VBA, SQL, etc) methods to improve and automate tasks in the planning system/models in collaboration with partners
Improve financial analyses before new capital equipment are purchased through automating metrics optimization, process flexibility, capacity sharing, and equipment repurpose
Manage and maintain the department’s data infrastructure, including data administration, data management, data analytics, and data visualization.
Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics.
