You are a specialist in compensation processes in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations in the area of compensation. You will drive the end-to-end implementation of annual rewards programs: annual budget, salary range setting, merit matrix creation and completion of the annual rewards cycle (salary and bonus review).
How you will contribute
Delivery of the cyclical activities
Drive compliance and best-practice delivery and operations processes; reviewing and recommending changes maximizing technology
Support the management of employee data and leveraging on our systems
Analyzes and understands internal data in identifying opportunity areas in the organziation
Manage key external partnerships and relationships
Staying abreast of market trends
Collaborate with our shared service center workstreams for optimal delivery
What you will bring
Proven compensation experience (compensation cycle preferred)
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Action-orientated with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
Detail-oriented and have expertise in Microsoft office tools (especially Excel)
Solid knowledge of rewards principles and rewards cycle
Experience in job evaluation and job matching
HR or Business degree qualification, or equivalent experience
