Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Leads the development and execution of the vision, strategy, and road map for the Workplace of the Future using Agile methods. Focuses on the strategy to transition people, process and technology for the department and enterprise to Digital mediums and extensive automation. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a Workforce Transformation-related occupation. 4 years of experience must include people management.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in: Leadership skills to drive transformation initiatives and manage relationships with key stakeholders and Business Technology leaders. Transitioning processes and systems to digital platforms and implementing extensive automation for the digital workplace. Knowledge of, and experience with, Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Agile methods for planning and executing projects. Simplifying infrastructure for better usability while ensuring consistent availability and accessibility; Including deployment of large-scale end-point solution such as Virtual Desktop, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Office 365 services, end-user support. Foster an engineering culture and reduce dependency on contract and external resources. Developing vendor/third-party strategies to maintain internal capacity and productivity. Create effective risk -and vulnerability management and accountability across the organization on client endpoint technology. Establish, monitor, and report on key metrics in connection to the transformation initiatives.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $196,123.00 to $286,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
