Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of application performance and stability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application-related problems. - Provide timely and effective support to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow. - Contribute to the improvement of application performance and stability. - Document and maintain knowledge base articles for troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance application support services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development, Microsoft Exchange Server. - Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and their functionalities. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Microsoft 365 related issues. - Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and configuration. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features. - Ability to analyze and interpret application logs and error messages. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
