Nike is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support leaders on the Nike Pacific Executive Leadership team, based in Nike’s Melbourne Head Office. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will perform a wide range of duties. Tasks include diary management, global and domestic travel bookings and expenses management, coordinating and taking minutes for meetings. You will also be responsible for organizing internal team, retail and customer meetings and events including venue bookings, coordinating stakeholders, bringing creative activity ideas as well as managing budgets/ticketing/flights and transfers for employees and guests. You will be involved in creating quality presentations and meeting documents at a professional and high standard, often under tight timeframes.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

The Senior Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Senior Director of Nike Stores and will support a group of 2-3 Senior leaders. The role will collaborate with overseas stakeholders as well as working closely with the Pacific (Aus and NZ) Leadership Team and their Administrative Assistants. In this role you will be expected to build trusted relationships with Nike employees and external partners.

  • Demonstrated experience in providing executive support to senior executives within a matrixed corporate environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; can prepare presentations, meeting briefs and meeting minutes
  • Strong interpersonal skills; builds trusted relationships with executives and a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Highly developed organisation and planning skills; displays a proactive approach, attention to detail and resourcefulness when managing stakeholders, diaries and travel across multiple time zones
