The Global Consumer Construct (Men’s/ Women’s/ Kids) is the Global Marketing function responsible for unlocking our ability to serve the athlete* holistically across the spectrum of lifestyle and performance.

Our goal is to know & serve athletes* motivations & needs so we can unlock the power of sport for every athlete*.

We will fuel engagement through consumer concepts & seasonal stories to help make sport* a daily habit.

We drive authenticity through our key fields of play (e.g. Nike Sportswear, Football, Running) while creating the agility needed to serve the broadening definition of Sport* across both lifestyle and performance.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Global Brand Management Specialist for the Men’s Lifestyle Team, focusing on Footwear.   

As Global Lifestyle Brand Specialist you must bring ambition to be one of the world’s most innovative storytellers, value visionary thinking, being a Team player, have a genuine connection to sport and culture and a relentless curiosity for the consumer.

The candidate should have experience in bringing to life and executing brand tactics that are aligned to a high-level strategy, cross-functionally collaboration in a matrixed organization to ensure all executions are delivered on time and budget. Experience and/or understanding of the Global sneaker landscape, are critical to this role, too.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Global Men’s Lifestyle Brand Management Specialist, you will be involved in driving innovation, concepts and key moments from brief to Geo hand off across our Nike Global Men’s Lifestyle Marketing offense. This role will support bringing to life our annual brand concept map for Nike Sportswear, and help drive the brand strategy through our seasonal initiatives. Activities of the role include support the Brand Leads and Team to gain consumer insights, learn product integration into seasonal planning, support management of asset development and distribution across multiple channels and support the Brand Leads to deliver integrated marketing plans as well as managing campaign progress measurement, including recapping and de-briefing.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As the Global Men’s Lifestyle Brand Specialist, you will report directly into the Director Global Brand Marketing Men’s Lifestyle FTW. You will work alongside a Team of other Global Brand Leads and Directors that with you, will collectively build the future of sport through a unified Men’s Lifestyle plan. You will collaborate with teammates across the Women’s and Kids Teams, to build a more comprehensive approach to serve Athletes* more holistically. You will also collaborate and partner with the following key stakeholders:

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • +2 Years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing, understanding of Media and Digital platforms.
  • Global perspective/experience.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and inspire teams.
