Job Description:
The ATE Group located in Wilmington, MA is currently seeking an experienced Staff Engineer, Design Evaluation Engineering to join our team for an exciting new technology opportunity. ATE Products are comprised of multiple die forming high speed and precision signal chains which are integrated to form complex subsystems which are critical elements of Commercial Automated Test Systems.
The Staff Evaluation Engineer will develop the evaluation plan, coordinate a team of other evaluation engineers, to execute the development of the evaluation solution for this system level ATE product.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include leading a team to develop hardware and software to enable evaluation and measurement using state of the art bench equipment, spanning the entire product development from product concept to first silicon verification, characterization, qualification, and ultimate release to manufacturing.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader, self-motivated, fast learner with strong technical, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Although the candidate would have the opportunity to collaborate closely with an experienced development team, he/she would ideally have 7+ years’ experience.
LabVIEW, high speed and precision measurement techniques, High Speed SERDES and ATE tester system knowledge and experience would be ideal.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
