Position Overview:
ShyftLabs is seeking a Senior Windows Engineer spends the bulk of their time designing and implementing given requirements supplied by the product team

Job Responsibilities:
Has a long term anan of business value to the customer has the ability to understand and drive the problems that must be solved for the final goal to be realized tools, able how to apply them, recommends and drives concepts and tools
Superior understanding of concepts and Owns functional area/feature(s) development/implementation, design, solution, arch, etc
Able to take on the most comples tasks and problem solving efforts
Deep understanding acress business domains, thinks in terms of the whole business
Hac system and business domain oversight
IDs, collects, and provide analysis of data and can match to user nood
Conducts software and hardware requirements reviews, preliminary and identical design reviews, and software acceptance reviews and Key distinction of job level
Ensures objectives are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business partners, managers, so-workers, or other key stakeholders, soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions cost-effectiveness
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's of Computer Science or simidar
5-8 years of experience
4-6 yrs of experience directly related to managing production Windows systems
Analytical skills understanding for application/implementation
Full understanding of concepts and tools, able to apply them
Ability to express weitten & verfiol thoughts to others in the technical field
Experience allows them to understand and contribute to immediate outcomes
