Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing security solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data in the cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Implementation & Configuration: Lead the deployment and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring it aligns with organizational policies and compliance requirements. Customize IdentityIQ to meet business needs, including defining access policies and managing roles. Integration & Development: Integrate IdentityIQ with various systems and applications to support identity lifecycle management. Develop and maintain connectors, workflows, and custom code as needed. Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation of IdentityIQ. Manage upgrades and patches for IdentityIQ. User Support & Training: Provide support for end-users and resolve issues related to IdentityIQ. Develop and deliver training materials for users and administrators. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations by configuring and managing audit and compliance reporting. Generate and analyze reports to support audit activities and improve identity management processes. Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with IT and security teams to align identity management practices with organizational goals. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, integrations, and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and architectures. - Experience with cloud security controls and tools. - Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices. - Experience with security risk assessments and vulnerability testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and regulations. - Experience with security incident response and management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A Bachelor or college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
