What you’ll be doing:
Identifying new leads and converting to new business – Cold and warm leads
Manage marketing campaigns, following up via the telephone and booking appointments to help support commercial ATE and other income streams
Achieve first call resolution and respond within agreed SLA’s.
Be the focal point of contact for all commercial ATE clients.
Cross sell all ATE products across Markel ATE solicitor network
Establish and develop a good working relationship with solicitor firms and promote ATE division’s products & services. This will consist of maintaining existing clients and developing new ones
Support BDM’s by organising, co-ordinating and managing diaries
Be the main contact for our broker partners and underwriters on commercial ATE
Our must-haves:
Experience in sales, telesales or recruitment desirable
Experience in insurance or ATE sales is desirable not essential
Experience in pro-actively identifying new leads/cross-selling and farming existing clients
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
