Position Title:

Manager of LTSS Provider Network Management

Job Description:

Location: Grand Prairie TX, Houston TX

Hours: M – F Standard Working hours

Travel: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite) 20% Travel with potential overnight as needed


Position Overview:

Directs the activities related to the development and maintenance of the company's Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) provider delivery system through the provider relations representatives.

How you will make an impact:

  • Directs the communication and complaint resolution strategies between providers, members, and the public

  • Ensures the LTSS provider network has the resources, tools, and supports necessary to deliver high-quality care to members

  • Represents the LTSS program and provider relations team in various external stakeholders

  • Responsible for budget accountability

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in business or related health field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Provider contracting experience preferred

  • Previous management experience preferred

  • LTSS Provider experience preferred

  • Strong Public Speaking experience preferred

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills preferred
