MARKETING MANAGER 

UPFIELD

Join our Marketing team!

As our Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute all the marketing plans for the brands within the cluster (Ecuador, Perú, Chile). If you're ready to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

 

What You'll do:

  • Define the strategy and marketing mix for the brands.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
  • Lead the development and launch of new products and innovations.
  • Lead the S&OP cluster process.
  • Ensure the OTIF launch of innovations outlined in the 2024 plan.
  • Develop and execute the 2024 marketing plan to drive brand value growth. 

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in FMCG companies (beverage and food desirable) in brand management. 
  • Experience in leading innovation plans and product launches.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • English proficiency.
