Job Description
As part of Front-End Operation Office, Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Development, you will be responsible for working with leadership team to design, deliver, and manage organizational development, program, communication and initiatives that engage, grow, and retain our talents and foster a great place to work for all.
Responsibilities:
Develop and drive aligned strategy and direction
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional group to develop strategies and systematic programs to create and sustain a culture that engage and advances the organization capabilities and effectiveness.
- Translate these strategies/programs into solutions, processes and policies that are practical, efficient, and reflective of Micron’s mission, value, and business objectives.
- Build program infrastructure and project scope, goals, deliverables, timeline, and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders and assure a rational roadmap.
- Determine success indicators to periodically evaluate effectiveness of program to foster continuous improvement and innovation
- Partner with other strategic office and functional groups to develop multi-year strategies for staffing, onboarding, mentoring and career development
- Constantly identify risk, opportunity, and reaction to change of business situation and adjust our strategies and approaches, through research, literature study, benchmarking, industry news, diagnose, and analysis
- Foster relationship with network and sites organization to standardize best practices across the network
Identify and improve current process for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Relentless discover opportunity to streamline operation and maximize operational efficiency
- Provide independent, informed, unbiased insight including on the ground feedback
- Establish structure and manage program dependencies, prioritize programs, track program milestone and deliverables
- Drive a cohesive approach aligning to Change Management activities including communications planning, reviews, training, and stakeholder management.
- Manage the definition, refinement, and implementation of core methodologies and tools for business process including reporting. Facilitate transition of system and business processes from project closure to long term sustainment
- Manage key stakeholders and incorporate feedback for continual improvement of overall program and business process management
- Proactively escalate and resolve potential roadblocks by bringing to the attention of the relevant leadership and find a way for potential solutions
Setup and provide effective communication channel and governance
- Assist and communicate with executives and partners in decision-making, program management and initiative implementation
- Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success
- Enhance and innovate communication channel between employees, work groups and leadership team
- Provide regular, innovative, and structured communication to all team members. Ensure Front End Operation team members are engaged, motivated and feel proud of their work
- Articulating and codifying talent and leadership principles, values and competencies that guide the organization’s culture
- Organize regular leadership summit to review, strategize and communicate Front End strategic planning, transformative initiatives, organization development and staffing plan
Talent Development
- Develop holistic and structural talent development plan, both leadership and technical for Frontend organization
- Foster teamwork and trust in the organization to achieve best-in-class result

Requirements
- 2 years experiences in Leadership at or above P4 position, or equivalent expertise
- Excellent communicator with senior leaders, cross functional business partners and team members
