The Training Manager- Software Operations will provide the operations training necessary for associates to develop skills needed to meet the business objectives of the property. The Training Manager- Software Operations will deliver software, processes, and other training. Additionally, this role will ensure the consistent application of best practices to maintain the integrity of software systems in alignment with the policies and procedures set by the Property Management department. The Training Manager- Software Operations will demonstrate the facilitation and communication skills necessary to engage learners with varying skill levels.
This position will work closely with the Sr. Training Manager- Operations, Property Management associates, and all other support departments.
Develop an extensive working knowledge of property operations and related applications.
Create and maintain training materials, including job aids and e-learning courses for systems-based coursework.
Manage the company training calendar for software operations training sessions.
Deliver training programs through both web-based and on-site methods to an internal audience.
Troubleshoot training-related issues reported by internal customers and provide support and training solutions via phone, email, Teams, or other methods.
Serve as a resource in the implementation of system and process implementations.
As required, work with the internal departments and/or vendors during the rollout of new systems to learn the systems and test workflow for training documentation.
Act as an internal consultant to the company and the learning and development team to troubleshoot and resolve software process issues.
Stay informed of trends in the apartment industry and in the learning and development field.

Experience with Yardi required
Experience with Entrata required
Experience with the development and delivery of training programs required
Multi-family housing industry experience is highly preferred
Exposure to several multi-family operational software applications, including revenue management, EliseAI, ILS, lead tracking, resident portals, utility billing, and resident screening a plus.
Experience with diagnosing problems with software products a plus
Strength in both classroom and online training delivery methods
Ability to travel to other MCRT offices and properties, up to 50% of the time.
Strength in communicating technical information in non-technical terms
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Maintain flexibility and creativity in a variety of situations
Strong organizational and time management skills, consistently sets goals and meets deadlines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Camtasia, Zoom, and GoToWebinar.
