DXC Technology is looking for a Senior Business Finance Analyst

As a Senior Business Finance Analyst at DXC Technology, you will lead the financial management activities for a designated area, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic planning. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders and contributing to the financial success of the business.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the financial setup within ERP systems, ensuring accurate structure and data.

• Execute month-end closing activities, including calculating journal entries, providing reporting estimates, and performing variance analysis in line with DXC accounting policies.

• Drive accurate and timely P&L forecasting and budgeting by gathering inputs from business stakeholders, updating forecast systems, and explaining variance analyses to both business and finance stakeholders.

• Ensure compliant and accurate revenue recognition and planning for accounts, including balance sheet management and reporting, and follow up on unbilled revenues.

• Solve financial issues related to the designated area, engaging both business and finance stakeholders as needed.

• Analyze and challenge current business practices, implementing initiatives to streamline finance and business processes.

• Uphold a strong compliance framework, ensuring adherence to DXC policies, procedures, business practices, and SOX regulations.

• Manage ad hoc financial and business analyses and requests.

• Participate in annual and periodic internal and external audits.

• Contribute to corporate and team projects and initiatives as needed.

You are the perfect candidate, if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in business finance, ideally in services or project-based environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance (MBA, ACA, or ACCA preferred)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (preferably US GAAP)

• Proficient in Excel; SAP experience is a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English; (French is a plus)
