職務の目的および主な業務内容 Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities

目的：GSK Japanの主要製品に係るメディカル・Data Generation活動において、リスク・予算・ステークホルダー及びリソースマネジメント等のプロジェクトマネジメントの専門性を発揮し、関連部署と連携し、また調整を図りながら会社戦略に準拠したメディカル・エビデンスプランの立案と確実な遂行を達成する。

案件により、市販前の段階からコマーシャル、生産、GAMAも含む組織横断的なチームを形成し適切な戦略立案と実行がなされるように取り計らう。

業務内容：下記に例示するプロジェクトマネジメント業務の遂行（なお、下記の内容に限定されるものではない）

• 各種事案の進行・問題解決に係る意見調整、自らの参画を通じた組織横断的チームの運営管理
• スケジュール・予算・リソース・リスク管理、進捗状況のトラッキング
• 社内意思決定会議体（例：Japan Strategy Review）への計画提案の調整、事前準備及び事後のフォローアップ
• チーム会議の設定、議題及び意見調整、進行、議事録作成

必要要件 Required Skill, Experience, Etc.

必要な条件Basic Qualification

スキル Skill

• 標準的なOA操作（Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Teams等）
• 他者との協調性、調整力を含む積極性のあるコミュニケーション能力、ファシリテーション能力

経験 Experience

• 薬系又は生物・化学系の学士レベルの基礎知識を持ち製薬企業の開発又はメディカル組織において、3年程度の組織横断的チームにおける業務経験を持つこと

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

• TOEIC 750-800あるいは同等の英語力（資料読解、文書作成、意見交換の能力）

※職務内容および勤務地の変更範囲は会社の定めるところとする。

望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification

スキル Skill

• アジャイルプロジェクトマネジメントのスキル
• 英語での会議のファシリテーションスキル

経験 Experience

• 5年程度の組織横断的チームにおける業務経験を持つこと
• ワクチン、オンコロジー又は呼吸器領域においてメディカルアドバイザー又はMSLなどメディカル又はEvidence Generation活動に従事した経験を有すること。
• Issue, risk management業務の経験
• チームリーダーとしての業務経験

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

• PMP (project management professional)　（資格所有者でない場合、配属後1年以内に取得要。なお、一定の条件で資格取得に対する金銭的補助を行う。）
