职位描述:
1.SAP BOM搭建与维护
依据图纸、技术规范,在SAP中创建/维护/审核多层级BOM(EBOM/PBOM),含物料编码、用量、损耗、替代料、工序关联、PC归属等。
负责新项目(如JAMBAY、GOOGLE、WOLFE等)BOM搭建,明确PC归属,处理跨项目共用料/专用料区分。
2.物料主数据管理。
申请、维护物料主数据(MM01/MM02)规范编码规则,避免一物多码/一码多物。
维护物料属性、视图扩展、采购/库存/成本,视图信息准确。
3.工程变更(ECN)管理。
接收研发/工程ECN,评估BOM影响,及时更 新SAP BOM并同步采购、生产、计划、成本。
记录变更日志,跟进审批与执行,确保新旧料切换顺畅。
4.数据稽核与异常处理
定期BOM对账:图纸vs SAP vs实物,排查编码错误、用量错误、层级错误、PC归属错误。
处理生产缺料、错料、成本异常PPV波动等BOM相关问题。
5.跨部门协同与规范优化
对接研发、采购、仓库、生产、成本、计划,推动BOM标准化、流程化。
输出BOM报表、差异分析、物料耗用、替代料清单等。
招聘需求:
1.学历专业:大专及以上,机械、机电、工业工程、供应链、材料等工科优先。
2.工作经验: 2年以上制造业SAP BOM/物料主数据实操经验;有多项目/多PC/共用料管理经验优先;有Jabil/EMS/液冷/机柜行业经验加分。
3.核心技能:精通SAPMM/PP模块:CS01/CS02/CS03、MM01/MM02、ME51N等。。能看懂机械图纸、BOM结构、物料规格,理解替代料、损耗、PC归属逻辑。
Excel熟练(VLOOKUP、数据透视表、函数)。
4.素质要求:极度细心、数据敏感、严谨负责;逻辑清晰,能处理多任务;沟通协调好,抗压,能快速响应变更。
