What you'll be doing:

  • Establish NPI production lines at CM’s sites.
  • Lead internal and externals cross-functional teams to meet projects schedule.
  • Drive CMs to excellence in aspects of manufacturing process, quality management and HVM mindset.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet projects requirements.

 What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. or equivalent experience. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including knowledge of PCB design, SMT process, mechanical assembly and testing processes.
  • Experience in leading projects with multi CMs/vendors
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development process.
  • Well organized and have a keen eye for details.
  • Excellent English, reading, and writing.
  • Relevant Courses: Project management (advantage), Quality/process-related courses
