A Day in the Life
· Work on sheet metal fabrication, welding plate panels, and various other manufacturing projects
· MIG & TIG welding with stainless steel and aluminum
· Operate machinery/equipment on a daily basis: Autoshear, auto bender, press brake, CNC punch, may need to operate forklift
· Detail and finishing on aluminum
· Use various hand and power tools: sheet metal shears, grinders, sander, aluminum spool gun
· Complete projects from start to finish, individually and as a team
What We Are Seeking
· 1-2 years' experience in Welding with MIG OR TIG welding
· Can pass a weld test 1/8 inch, 3mm aluminum welding
· Can layout- (the process of transferring the blue-prints and correct dimensions to create the physical product)
· Familiar with sheet metal fabrication is highly preferred: bending, shearing, punching, crating
· Follow all safety rules and procedures, participate in safety classes and certifications as required
· Has previously worked in a manufacturing/fabrication setting
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
· Has reliable transportation
· Willing to submit background check and drug test*
