To fuel our expansion in Korea, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter that will focus on recruiting sales, post-sales, and engineering roles for our Korea market.

The ideal candidate will drive the recruitment of key talent who will contribute to our business growth and innovation.

We seek someone with a deep understanding of Korean talent in our relevant fields, KR market status, as well as relevant laws and regulations in Korea, and we value proactive suggestions for improving our recruitment processes and expansion of our business and talent pool in Korea. 

 

Job Description

  • Source and attract top talents for Appier's Korea office via multiple sourcing channels including but not limited to internet-based hiring sites, professional communities, and referrals.
  • Manage the candidate journey and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process to meet hiring goals.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully understand business needs and accurately target matching candidates.
  • Keep up with industry knowledge, talent market news, and relevant laws and regulations in Korea. Respond quickly to market changes accordingly.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 4 plus years of recruitment experience in the tech industry. Experience recruiting for a variety of talents across different functions.
  • Expert in using sourcing tools. Should be familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing channels.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
  • Resilient and persistent in facing challenges, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances and help drive company growth in an agile way.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders with strong logics and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Native-level Korean and working-level English.
