PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by providing operational and strategic leadership of all talent, acquisition and retention related activities across our Asia Pacific operations. including providing outstanding levels of customer service, advice and expertise to people leaders, recruitment teams and the HR team to support their talent acquisition strategies and activities.
PRINCIPAL RESONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to):
TALENT
- Reviewing internal HRIS, AES, Survey and Tableau data to generate understanding of key patterns, feedback, areas for improvement in relation to our recruitment and retention strategies.
- Reviewing external industry data and research, generational motivators and global recruitment trends to improve and create efficiencies within our own processes and promote understanding throughout our leaders.
- Involvement in the annual talent review process as well as supporting people leaders and the HR team in recognizing & nurturing current talent.
- Assist in maintaining best practice recruitment and selection tools including all recruitment related templates
- Management of our various digital career pages and websites and talent databases.
ACQUISITION
- Responsible for developing a successful talent acquisition strategy with key focus on improving our current and future sourcing and retention processes
- Leading the development and implementation of an effective employer brand and working with stakeholders across the business to embed this throughout various means
- Supporting the continued expansion of our Hotel Group and Timeshare operations across South East Asia including assistance with hotel pre-openings and mass recruitment facilitation.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment specifically focusing on high-level positions (M band and above) across the business as well as support where required of other roles.
KEY POSITION CRITERA:
- Extensive end to end recruitment experience hiring across a broad range of roles, departments and countries (South East Asia experience is advantageous); internal recruitment experience preferred
- Ability to obtain detailed job briefs from Hiring Managers and consult, advise and influence where required
- Extensive experience with implementing behavioural interview methodology and other recruitment methods to suit the vacancy or project
- Ability to build effective business relationships with all stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Advanced problem solving abilities combined with high level business acumen to form and implement effective sourcing and retention strategies
- Ability to operate at an operational and strategic level as required
- Project management skills and experience
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency, achievement and drive
