We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing (Vaccine) who is accountable to lead the strategic direction to the Marketing Team based on long-term plans.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop annual brand plan based on the Long-term Plan & Strategy in order to have a clear brand strategy, levers and tactics, effective budget allocation and review parameter to evaluate the programs.
  • Managing forecast accuracy of all vaccine brands.
  • Coaching the  Marketing Team to implement the approved marketing plan and control the spending of approved A&P budget to ensure accurate realization of turnover target, market value share target, product penetration target as well as brand equity improvement.
  • Ensuring all marketing and CME activities are being implemented under compliance, align with related SOP and developing monitoring system using CME dashboard
  • Building scientific relationship with KEE to strengthen advocacy
  • Coordinating strategic plan to strategic products with Asia Pacific / above country and discussing the future opportunities and pipelines
  • Coordination of New Product Investment activities and ensure all local relevant stakeholders to get involve and contribute to the new product launch preparation

Ideally, we are looking for someone who:

  • University degree from a recognized university, preferably in marketing / medical/pharmacy.
  • Minimum 8 years experiences in a marketing management position in reputable Pharmaceutical Company
  • Able to work independently based on agreed product objectives and strategies to reach company target approved.
  • Proactively work on identification of new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated skills of leadership and strategic thinking,
  • Good communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess content knowledge of marketing strategy development and product knowledge / therapeutic area knowledge
