What You'll Be Doing

• Perform general clean-up and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment
• Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed
• Monitor and report equipment or safety issues to supervisors
• Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures
• Participate in team efforts to maintain a safe and productive work environment

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow safety protocols
• Capability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and operate heavy equipment and tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
