LKCMedicine Finance is currently looking for a candidate to join us as our Temporary Executive/Senior Executive. The candidate shall assist in the financial month end close activities, fixed asset audits and Accounts Receivable aging analysis.

The Temporary Executive/Senior Executive shall get to work with various stakeholder departments in LKCMedicine, NTU Shared Services teams (NSS) and Schools/Departments/Colleges (SDC) at NTU. The candidate shall be provided with opportunities to learn and understand the systems, processes and reporting in LKCMedicine and NTU.

Responsibilities:

Month-end Closing

• Prepare monthly audit schedules and perform financial analysis.

• Prepare monthly journals for accounts close.

• Prepare quarterly accrual of expenses by various departments.

• Assist with monthly intracompany transaction verifications

• Assist on audit confirmation requests.

Fixed assets

• Assist with physical count and verification of fixed assets.

• Prepare monthly fixed asset confimation listing

• Updating fixed asset records

• Checking fixed asset purchase requisitions

• Assist with grant audits/certifications e.g. physical sighting of fixed assets, retrieval of documents.

Accounts Receivables

• Timely issuance of receipts with accuracy in the SAP system.

• Send monthly AR aging reports and customer Reminders to departments for their prompt follow-up on debt collection.

• Receipts reconciliation.

• Other ad-hoc assigned by reporting officer.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates from universities and polytechnics are welcome to apply.

• General accounting knowledge and data management on fixed assets and projects.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including V-lookup, Pivot Table etc).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.

• Knowledge of SAP Financial System (S4 Hana) will be an added advantage.

• Able to work independently, perform under pressure and work effectively as a team.

• Good time management, able to multi-task and meet tight reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, without compromising quality of output.

• Numerically inclined, meticulous, proactive with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a 6 months temporary contract.
