Position Summary

Ensures all sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently while meeting delivery timelines. This role supports sales teams by managing order processing, validating order accuracy, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The position is responsible for monitoring account activity, supporting sales operations, and generating insights through reporting on sales performance, market conditions, and team results. It also supports lead and order management activities and prepares product and licensing quotes for pre-sales opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and manage sales orders and change orders with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
  • Partner with sales management, sales representatives, and customer service teams to support order execution and customer requirements
  • Review and validate order details to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements
  • Monitor account activity and support the overall health and performance of assigned accounts
  • Track and analyze data to produce reports on sales performance, market trends, and team results
  • Support lead and order management activities for assigned sales segments or territories
  • Prepare product and licensing quotes to support pre-sales and customer inquiries
  • Identify and resolve order-related issues to minimize delays and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members as needed

What You Bring to the Role

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales operations, order management, or related function (or 5+ years with a high school diploma/equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of order processing, sales support, and account coordination
  • Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex issues with sound judgment
  • Experience working independently with limited supervision while managing competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process compliance
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and business requirements
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to support and mentor junior team members
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $43,800.00 - $70,100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
