EVB Coordinator:

Acts as a new product logistics for evaluation boards
Capture new Eval Boards requirement from PLE, PRIME, NHR & NHO
Works closely with Layout and Applications and Marketing on new products set up, naming convention, process flow.
Works with layout and applications engineers to release boards in HLM
Order free issue ADI parts for demo/proto builds.
Coordinates with Purchasing on cost for prototype and production builds.
Works with Component Engineering on creating part numbers on new components.
Work with manufactures to license components. (Free or discounted) Order, store, issues as required.
Work with Manufacturing Engineer & CM’s on all assembly and component issues.
Raises RFQ, Captures EQ’s, Create e-Reqs. receive PO’s, move products to in transit, and complete all system work.
Handle all vendor expedites. Answer all ADI expedites.
Work with Test Engineers on programming, test requirements and equipment.
Oversee ECN/rework from the engineer.
Plan last prototype, first production build for release to WWMFG.
Prepares and performs transaction in HLM and PRIME in support of the eval board release
Release the board to manufacturing
