We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Application Specialist to join our team. As the Marketing Operations Application Specialist you will lead our lead journey and digital nurture activities. 

This person will focus on getting leads ready for sales and will work closely with the industry marketing and paid media teams to develop effective digital nurture campaigns.  

Key Functional Responsibility:

  • Ability to effectively execute nurture activities leveraging a modern martech stack.

  • Familiarity with a modern martech stack including web, CRM, and marketing automation capabilities. Prior Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

  • Capabilities in audience segmentation and tracking lead journeys.

  • Ability to operationalize and provide enablement for key martech tools. Must be able to learn and implement new technologies quickly.

  • Experience with lead flow, lead enrichment, lead assignment, and monitoring operational performance in SFDC. 

  • Strengthen company performance through our operations stack and analyzing lead automation performance. 

  • Lead SFDC/Pardot data projects, including data hygiene and enrichment work. 

  • Train and provide first-line support to a diverse marketing organization to support go-to-market activities

 

Professional Skills + Qualifications

  • 5-8 years related experience with operating and managing tools in a modern digital marketing stack

  • Experience with data analytics and audience segmentation 

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

  • BS/BA degree
