About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Middleware Integration Business Systems Analyst to join our fast-growing Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will partner with Consumer and Ecommerce Business Groups to ensure delivery of applications aligned with business and IT strategies and support B2B and B2C applications. Will work cross functionally with multiple teams such as Business, IT Apps, Security and Engineering to define and refine requirements and to analyze appropriate solutions addressing scalability, performance, availability, extensibility etc.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for authoring data integrations and API related Consumer business requirements for CrowdStrike.
Systems Analyst experience documenting requirements related to middleware integrations and APIs related to consumer transactions, integrating with AppStore / Google Play, secure file transfer.
Analyze data integrations business requirements, explore and evaluate various options, assist with development life cycle thereby validating the requirements, eliminating ambiguity and providing early visibility to business on the final solution.
Profile applications data to develop strong understanding of the data relationships, cardinality and quality of the data thereby helping in determining if the data can meet the high-level goals of information and integration needs as well as plan functional and test cycles.
Collaborate and partner with business users to develop use cases for functional and User acceptance testing.
Reviews functional designs and obtains sign offs with the cross functional business and IT teams.
Translate high-level requirements into actionable and incremental workloads, including user stories, testing and acceptance criteria. Provides inputs into business processes based on design capabilities.
Coordinates integration testing, validates test cases with stakeholders for user acceptance testing and training, and obtains sign offs.
Interacts regularly with senior management level stakeholders, and demonstrates value from realized projects.
Create and maintain multiple versions of API Documents and/or publish when needed.
What You'll Need:
5+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst in B2C and B2B space in the Hi-tech SaaS Industries.
Experience with subscription management platform such as Chargebee, or others is a plus.
CRM & ERP Functional knowledge supporting Sales and Finance areas.
Experience with consumer business processes, consumer process performance metrics.
Knowledge of integrations with consumer channels like Amazon, Apple App Store, Google Play Store etc.
Functional knowledge managing requirements and implementing system solutions for Sales and/or Finance operations automations.
Ability to document user stories and data flows is required.
Ability to drive cross functional discussions across global business groups and IT independently.
Detail oriented and demonstrate ability to analyze complex problem statements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
