Job Opportunity: Commercial Coordinator – Svitzer Brasil

Location: Rio de Janeiro - RJ or Santos - SP , Brazil (Hybrid)

Svitzer, a global leader in towage and marine services, is looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our growing team in Brazil.

This is a key role supporting the commercial function with client engagement, contract management, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support commercial activities including proposals, contracts, and customer relationship management.
• Coordinate internal processes related to pricing, service agreements, and client onboarding.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and dashboards.
• Liaise with internal teams (operations, legal, finance) to ensure alignment and service delivery.
• Assist in the preparation of commercial reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the maritime, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• English proficiency (intermediate to advanced) is required.
• Knowledge of the maritime or port industry is a plus.
