Summary:

We are seeking a senior product manager to join the HCP marketing team. This individual will play a key role in the execution and delivery of our HCP strategy and be responsible for key tactics to drive the business. This Senior Product Manager will work closely with the marketing team and members of the cross-functional matrix team to ensure successful and timely execution of critical initiatives. This individual must be able to work with a high degree of autonomy, in a dynamic environment utilizing creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of the HCP tactical plan
  • Support delivery of key projects that support core growth drivers under the guidance of the HCP strategy leads
  • Navigate internal review processes and work with external partners to ensure timely and accurate preparation of key tactics
  • Manage agency/ vendor partners in development of promotional materials and tactics
  • Interact with customer-facing teams to mine customer insights, leading to the development of professional promotional strategy and materials
  • Lead the development and rollout of training curriculum for our field teams
  • Lead the strategy and tactical support for presence at key Congresses
  • Lead development of key peer to peer content aligned to HCP, NPP, APP strategy

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical experience with a background in marketing, and/or sales and market access
  • Track record for driving brand performance through collaboration and strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skills to provide expectations and strategic vision for other functions
  • Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage agencies/vendors to budget
  • Proven team player with ability to navigate and collaborate cross functionally
  • Bachelors degree required; graduate degree preferred. 
  • Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
